3 ‘Usual’ lifestyle and Dietary Habits That Pose Grave Danger to Your Health

3 ‘Usual’ lifestyle and Dietary Habits That Pose Grave Danger to Your HealthThe rate of increase in lifestyle diseases such as heart attack, diabetes, stroke, and other complications, all of which are blamed on the sedentary lifestyles that we lead these days, is worrying.  Health experts have raised red flag on the ‘usual’ lifestyle and dietary habits which pose grave danger to the health of most people. Some of these habits include the following:

Irregular intake of meals:

Be honest. How many meals do you take per day, and how do you take them? These days, people are so busy such that they even don’t find time to eat.  They only eat when they feel hungry and their eating pattern is very irregular.  Our body is a system and needs regular meals which should be taken at regular times of the day.  By the time you feel hungry, your body is telling you that something is not right.  Irregular intake of meals not only denies the body the much needed nutrients, but also leads to the build up of acidity. Statistics show that 25% of the American population is suffering from hyperacidity, which can progress in to gastric ulcers. The leading cause of hyperacidity   which is affecting most Americans is the irregular intake of foods.

High intake of fast foods:

Many people do not see anything wrong with the taking of the fast, processed foods. They claim that they are very busy or committed at work such that they can’t find time to prepare meals at their homes. While this is true, your body will not excuse feed it on unhealthy foods just because your daily schedule of activities is busy. Most of the fast, processed, and packaged foods have very little or nutritional value in the body and are basically ‘junk’.   The intake of these foods in the long term may cause serious nutritional deficiency or imbalance in your body, and further exposes to the risks of obesity and heart attack among other lifestyle diseases and conditions.

High salt intake:

Health surveys and studies have showed that most people take excessively high amounts of slat in their foods. Your body only needs a pint of salt in a day. The fast foods that we take already have high amounts of salt, and we take even higher quantities in the foods that we prepare at our homes, thus giving the body excessively high amounts of salt. High salt intake has negative effect on your kidney health. Reduce you salt intake today if you want to remain healthy

I have been surfing online more than 3 hours
today, yet I never found any interesting article like
yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my view,
if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you
did, the net will be a lot more useful than ever before.
