Do not sit or lie down too much, probably more than you walk, run, or just move around in a day. Try to lead an active life, where you spend more time on the move, than you do on your couch sitting down, or on your bed sleeping. If you are watching any TV show and the commercials appear, get up from your couch or bed and move around. Leading an active life ensures that you add a few more years to your life, thus helping you look 10 years younger.

 

Many people lead very hectic life, to a point where they cannot find adequate time to sleep. Working hard to fend for yourself and for your family is wonderful, but not at the expense of your sleep. Therefore, make changes in your sleep time. Go to bed at least 15 minutes earlier than you usually do. Make sure that this becomes your habit. Do not go to bed 15 minutes earlier for only a few days and expect this to have a major bearing in helping you stay 10 years younger.

 

Finally, eating healthy is imperative. You cannot continue eating junk and unhealthy food and expect that you will stay younger by as much as a day. To crown it all, you should develop the habit of having sex more regularly with your partner. More sexual encounters with your partner is often helpful in ensuring that you are in a relationship with which you are pleased and feel satisfied.
