Balancing HormonesAs we know the main hormones that govern a womens’ emotional wellbeing is Oestrogen and Progesterone. In previous posts we discussed about why the Oestrogen level is higher and what  causes the imbalance. Today we are going to look at ways to balance it and what particular vitamins can help us in achieving.

1. Progesterone – It is called the ‘feel good’ hormone and it helps to block actions of Oestrogen. It can be taken as creams and oils, but it has to be in the pure form. Avoid synthetic hormone, this might create unwanted side effects. Use soy, herb products which contain Phyto-oestrogen. Recommended phyto-oestrogen

2. Magnesium – This will help Muscles and Nerves to relax. Since many side affects from Oestrogen cases muscles and nerves to contract and go into spasm e.g. migraine, palpitation, anxiety, depression, flushes, high blood pressure, asthma and the list goes on, magnesium is the saviour.
