Hormone and womenHormones play a big part in every woman’s life and hormonal imbalance could cause major havoc for them and their loved ones. The main players in a woman is Oestrogen and Progesterone. Today we are going to analyse the part they play in women and later we are going to find out some more truths of how we are responsible for this imbalance and what steps we need to take to fix this.

Women have 3 major cycles in which hormone are the key player.

  1. Monthly cycle: bloating, acne, painful period, migraine, depression are common occurring to name a few
  2. Pregnancy: nausea, vomiting, constipation, high blood pressure, diabetes and the list goes on
  3. Menopause: hot flush, weight gain, palpitation, depression, sleep problem, itchy dry skin, ….

We are living in a very toxic environment. The air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat contains toxins and poisons and our bodies are being starved of nutrients. We need to have strong, resilient cells to protect  and neutrilise out body from toxins to that they need 23 minerals, all the vitamins and 2 essential fats.

Our body can’t make them all so we need to replace them from food and supplement.

We received an excellent guide on that matter from our local library and most books where not as influensive as your information.
