Men’s Health

Understanding Men:

Men's HealthAs we all know men are more stubborn in taking steps to find a solution for their problem when it comes to their health. Even though they complain about the aches and pains they are experiencing, taking the steps to getting better is hard for them.

Some men work long hours, 7days a week and 2,3 jobs at a time to help ends meet. Loss of sleep, sitting in one place for long hours and stress play a big part in their ill health.

Some shocking facts from ‘Better Health Channel’:

Men have a higher death rate than women
The Australian Bureau of Statistics Mortality Atlas Australia (December 2002) shows that the death rate from the main causes of death is generally higher for men than women. The average death rate per 100,000 persons (1997-2000) includes:

This was an interesting post. I tend to lose interest in really long blog posts. Or I’ll start skimming and pick out a point or two to respond to. But this is great advice – I’ve used it myself. I used to write marathon long posts. But I now I try to get the point quicker and spark a discussion more efficiently.

My wife and i have been so fortunate that Ervin managed to round up his studies because of the ideas he got when using the site. It’s not at all simplistic to simply be giving freely points which often most people may have been making money from. And we do know we’ve got the website owner to be grateful to for that. The most important illustrations you have made, the simple web site menu, the relationships you help create – it’s got everything great, and it’s leading our son in addition to our family feel that the topic is satisfying, which is highly serious. Many thanks for all the pieces!
