Lentils are extremely rich in fiber and they play a big role in the elimination of toxins from the body. They also help to balance blood sugar levels as well as lowering cholesterol.

Cucumber is very good at flushing toxins from the body due to its high water content and nutritive value. It lowers the acid level of your body, resulting in a lower likelihood of disease-causing microbes thriving in the body.

Grapefruit is a special fruit because it helps the digestive system to work more efficiently and it helps to prevent kidney stones from developing. This is in addition to its multiple nutrients that citrus fruits are known for, such as vitamins.
