What do we know about toxins?

Toxins are substances that can harm us when they are ingested into the body. There are 4 ways a toxin can get into our body. They are:

  1. Inhale
  2. Absorb
  3. Ingest
  4. Inject

We are surrounded by toxins at every turn, no matter how hard we try to be healthy. When the air we breathe fills with gas, dust, fumes or odour in harmful amounts it is polluted.

The creams and shampoo that we apply to our skin has harmful chemicals- that will be absorbed through the largest organ of our body and passed into our system- will create all sorts of havoc to our body in the long term.

Do you know the lumps in breast cancer patient contains mostly the preservative chemical in skin care products, that is used by the manufacturer to provide the product with the shelf life?

Alcohol; pesticides sprayed on our food items; hormones fed to our food items to grow them quick and look bigger will be ingested by the body and absorbed into our system.

The drugs we inject is as everybody knows is not good for the body. For more indepth information visit Detox Australia
